2.2 Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) fee999 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. fee999 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to withhold balances pending a fraud investigation.

2.4 Employees, contractors, directors, and their immediate family members of fee999, its software providers, and its payment processing partners are not eligible to hold a player account or to participate in promotions.

3.5 Where fee999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended. 4.3 Deposits made via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your fee999 account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your account balance.

4.4 Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 0–4 hours. fee999 does not guarantee processing times, as delays may occur due to payment provider maintenance, public holidays, or security reviews.

4.5 All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case alternative methods may be used at fee999's discretion. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.

4.6 fee999 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply transaction fees. fee999 accepts no responsibility for third-party fees.

4.7 You may only withdraw funds that have been obtained through genuine gameplay. Depositing funds with no intention to play — for the purpose of passing money through the platform — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant financial authorities.

All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which are published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Bonuses are credited in BDT and carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. For example, a bonus carrying a 30x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before withdrawal eligibility is met.

5.3 Unless otherwise stated, wagering contributions from different game categories apply as follows:

• Slots: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements

6.4 fee999 may monitor all communications sent through its live chat, email support, and any in-platform messaging tools for compliance, training, and fraud prevention purposes.

7.1 All content on the fee999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of fee999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fee999 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in any fee999 content.

8.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, fee999 will place a hold on any pending withdrawal requests until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and the withdrawal released. If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and balances forfeited.

9.3 In the event that a game is interrupted due to a technical fault after a wager has been accepted, fee999 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to your account balance. fee999 will not pay out winnings on the basis of incomplete or technically disrupted game rounds.

10.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with fee999 customer support within twenty-one (21) days of your initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by fee999's licensing authority.

10.4 You and fee999 agree that any formal legal proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis. You waive any right to pursue claims against fee999 as part of a class action, collective action, or representative action.

10.5 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and fee999 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

10.6 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
